About Us We hope you find this site and ticket buying system easy to use. We passionately believe that online bookings can and should be made without payment of an additional fee. You will never have to pay more for tickets purchased online from us - indeed, we will often feature exclusive offers for people buying online.

Tickets for cinema screening are unreserved. Llive shows have reserved seats, and we will give you the best available seats for your chosen performance(s).

Making A Purchase We've tried to make buying tickets here as easy as possilble. Just browse our shows, and add any tickets for events you want to come and see into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo cards. There is no booking fee payable on purchases on this website.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that your order is ready to be processed. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email confirmation for your actual purchase. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced tickets, or we are no longer able to supply tickets for a particular film or live show for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We can post full price tickets out to you for 30p - or we can keep them at our Box Office for collection (for no charge). If you are purchasing concessionary or Smart Card tickets these must be picked up from the Box Office (this can be at the time of the event you are coming to). Please note if you cannot prove your concessionary status or produce your Smart Card you will be asked to pay the difference to make up the full price before your ticket(s) are released.

Delivery Schedule We shall process your order during the next working day at the latest - and will email you to tell you when it has been completed, or if there are any queries with your booking.

Tax Charges All ticket prices include VAT (currently charged at 17.5%). Tickets are available to people with UK addresses only.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Your details will be printed out for processing, and will then be immediately cross-cut shredded. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee As with our published information, we do not offer refunds on tickets purchased - however we will try to resell your tickets for you.
