What were once the products of science fiction have become a 21st Century reality. But can we trust them? What if they develop the wrong kind of intelligence and what if they malfunction?
With clip and talks from experts in the field, this day event promises a fascinating look at the history of AI and robots in cinema and will offer opportunities to discuss the ways in which they question the very essence of what it is to be human.
Speakers include Dr Tracy Harwood, Rebecca Jones, Dr Matt Jones and Dr James Russell.
With expert speakers in the fields of AI, film and robotics the day will conclude with a round-table discussion and Q&A session.
