Affective Digital Histories Launch Evening

Thu 27 Nov / 6.30pm
Join us to celebrate the launch of the Affective Digital Histories project at Lightbox Studios, LCB Depot.

Affective Digital Histories is a research project investigating how communities change with urban decline and regeneration by exploring the experiences of people who lived and worked in former industrial buildings in Leicester.

As well as viewing our exhibition The New Incunable Print Shop, you can be one of the first to download and use our two new apps, Hidden Stories and Sounds of the Cultural Quarter.

There will also be a performance by Carol Leeming, author of Love the life you live … live the life you love, one of eight creative writing commissions for Affective Digital Histories; music from the area’s past; refreshments; and a chance to find out more about the ongoing research at Leicester University.
