Invent With Ototo

Wed 27 May, 11am
Learn how to make your own crazy musical instruments.

Returning for a second year after selling out at the 2014 festival, in this workshop you’ll learn how to make your own crazy musical instruments with Ototo.

From electronic drum kits made out of saucepans to a coat stand that sings when you place something on its peg, the Ototo kit lets you make music with almost anything!

Ototo (which means ‘little brother’ in Japanese) was commissioned by Near Now and is made by design studio Dentaku.

There will be a break for lunch at 1pm, and a special kids menu available in our café.

Tickets are £5 per child and accompanying adults go free.

This event is suitable for children aged 10 and over.
