- This is a variation of the standard membership terms and conditions, and is valid from 17 May 2021 to 17 August 2021. The term ‘membership’ covers MyPhoenix Members and MyPhoenix Friends.
- Customers who purchase a new membership or renew a lapsed membership between 17.5.21 and 17.8.21 will receive a 180 day extension to their usual 12 months membership term.
- Customers who renew a current membership (i.e. one that is still valid and has not yet expired) between 17.5.21 and 17.8.21 will receive a 180 day extension to their membership.
- The 180 day extension will be applied once for a customer, EITHER when purchasing a new membership OR a renewal.
- The extension to a membership will be applied manually after purchase and as such the extension may not show on the customer’s account until a few weeks after the purchase has been made.
- No cash alternative.
