We are looking for a permanent full-time Sous Chef to join the Phoenix kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression or for an experienced person looking for full-time work.
Working with the Head Chef you will assist with developing the menus and ensure compliance to all food safety regulations and standards. You will be working with fresh produce to create quality dishes, with weekly changing specials and a bar menu.
