Kat picks: Mean Girls (Mark Waters, 2004)
Growing up in the noughties and 2010s meant that my life was taken over by the release of Mean Girls, from wearing pink every Wednesday to reposting memes of “it’s October 3rd” every year without fail.
Packed with laughs, Cady goes undercover as one of the ‘plastics’, a group of superficial high school girls, to break them up and disband the hierarchy at North Shore High.
This film, in the words of Gretchen Wieners herself, is soooo fetch!
