My email address is not recognised

You need to login with the same email address you wrote down on your MyPhoenix joining form.

The system will not recognise you if you use a different email address.

If you wish to change your email address, take the following steps:

  1. Login using your original email address
  2. Click on the ‘Account Information’ link on the page called MY PHOENIX ACCOUNT
  3. Change your email address (and any other details if you wish), enter your password and click the box at the bottom called ‘Update information’
  4. You will be sent an email to your new email address – open it and click to confirm your change.
