What if I lose my card?

Not to worry – if you lose your card or it gets damaged our system keeps a record of your loyalty points and free tickets.

You’ll need to come to box office and we can provide you with a replacement card.

In most cases, we’ll only need to know your name and ask you to confirm your contact details.
