- You can spend points only once you have earned enough to pay for an eligible ticket. 100 points = £1. Eg. you will need 920 points to get a £9.20 full priced cinema ticket.
- At box office, when buying tickets, our staff will use your MyPhoenix card – or look you up if you are an account holder –to redeem your points.
- Online you will be prompted to use your points in the checkout process. You can see how many points you have earned and use them – if you have enough to fully cover any one the eligible tickets you have selected. Be sure to enter enough points at the rate of 100 points = £1. If you do not, the system will not apply points.
