How to I find my points balance?

• Our box office staff can tell you your balance if you hand them you MyPhoenix card, or – if you have an account – they can check the system for you.
• On our website you can login to your account and click ‘My Phoenix Points’ under your name. Login either from the home page by clicking ‘MyPhoenix Login’ or do so after you have clicked through to purchase a ticket – under ‘My Account’.
