What’s the difference between MyPhoenix Loyalty and Creating an Account?

  • There is no practical difference. Our new system makes it easy to create an account, enabling us to bring the points earning benefits of Loyalty to more customers. It also makes it possible for us to offer points to our paid Members too – increasing the value of their membership.
  • Anyone who has created an account can ask for a Loyalty card if they want one. That will enable our staff to find your account on our system and add – or use – points, without needing to manually look you up.
