Join tutor Stuart Peters for this exploration and analysis of the work of acclaimed director Christopher Nolan.
The course will delve into Nolan's early work, such as The Following and Memento, explore his directorial rise with The Dark Knight trilogy, and take a closer look at his most recent work on Interstellar, Dunkirk and Tenet, which is now due for release in late July.
We'll also consider how Nolan experiments with narrative structure, the importance of cinematography within his filmography, and also his use of practical effects.
The course will be delivered online via Zoom, offering an engaging mix of film clips and tutor-led group discussion.
