Misha and the Wolves 12A

Fri 15 – Sun 17 Oct

“★★★★ – a rollercoaster-ride of a documentary with superb characters, insightful talking heads and jaw-dropping plot twists” – Empire

“★★★★ – a dizzying puzzle that finds new ways to surprise” – Time Out

“Unceasingly engaging and provocative, and perfectly timed for our era of fake news” – Radio Times

‘Crying wolf’ becomes a fascinating reality in Misha And The Wolves, a documentary exploration of the life of Holocaust survivor Misha Defonseca, a Belgian immigrant who, upon travelling miles and miles through the European wilderness, gained the support of a pack of wolves that took her in and protected her as one of their own.

Misha’s tale gains traction, becoming an international best-seller and a feature film, but as it does, the cracks in her story come to light – and a fallout with her publisher-turned-detective reveals a darker, far more complicated truth.
