An 80s classic that only seems to grow more relevant, WarGames stars Matthew Broderick as high-school student and hacker David Lightman. Breaking into his school’s computer system to change a friend’s grades, David accidentally stumbles across what he thinks is a video game and begins to play.
Little does he know he is actually connected to WOPR, an intelligent military supercomputer designed to run war simulations, and the “game” they’re playing could start a thermonuclear war.
