Wed 10 Oct, 7pm

While her husband was in prison for 27 years, and paradoxically safe and free from all conflicts, Winnie Madikizela Mandela threw herself into a life of struggle and violence.

The film tells the compelling story of Winnie's radical life, as a misunderstood and intriguingly powerful contemporary female political figures.

Screening as part of Black History Month in partnership with local arts organisation Serendipity.
