Going down a storm at the Cannes Film Festival where it competed for the Palme d’Or, Na Hong-jin’s (The Yellow Sea, The Wailing) latest is an epic sci-fi thriller. In the remote South Korean village of Hope Harbour, police chief Bum-seok and officer Sung-ae are called to find a mysterious creature that has wreaked havoc on the village.
