  • financial information including credit/debit card and UK tax payer information (if you Gift Aid a donation)

  • the value of any donations you make to us as a charity

  • to manage your MyPhoenix membership or loyalty account and deliver benefits which are part of your membership

  • from time to time, to contact you for market research purposes
  • to improve our products and services by better understanding your interests
