Sale of cinema tickets
- Prices on this website include tax where applicable.
- Tickets can only be purchased from this website by credit or debit card.
- Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of cancelled or rescheduled screenings.
- We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you for travel, accommodation or any other related service as a result of a cancelled screening.
- We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
- We may at our discretion, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw any tickets from sale via this website.
- Tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the BBFC.
- Where concessionary tickets are purchased, suitable identification may be requested upon purchase or collection of the tickets.
- Except in the case of Stage on Screen and other selected events, tickets do not guarantee certain seats, or seats together.
- Access Seating is available by contacting box office.
- Late entry to the cinema for ticket holders is at the discretion of the duty manager and will not be granted from 20 minutes after the start of the film.
- Phoenix management reserve the right of admission and their decision is final.
