18th century Japan. Naito Masakatsu is head of a small clan in the Tohoku region. Out of the blue, Naito is ordered to perform a ritual visit to the Shogun in Edo within five days – failure to comply will result in confiscation of the clan’s land.
Unfortunately for Naito, it’s an eight-day journey and requires much preparation. Despite this he is determined to get there in time!
A comical take on a period Samurai film, packed with superb action scenes.
