Over 20 years after its closure following the tragic drowning of a young boy, a group of counsellors attempt to revive the Crystal Lake summer camp.
As they go about the refurbishments, the camp fills with joyful young people and amorous meetings between counsellors. But then members of the group are brutally murdered one by one, stalked by a faceless killer.
