We are looking for an experienced full-time Chef De Partie to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking high quality fresh food. Phoenix is a creative environment, you will be expected to contribute ideas and dishes for the specials boards and will be cooking dishes from around the world. You can even pick your own ingredients from the Phoenix garden in the summer, with fresh herbs growing year round. Alongside the weekly specials is our standard cafe bar menu including breakfasts, sandwiches, salads and our highly regarded burgers.
Working with a team of chefs you will be cooking and presenting fresh, high quality food for customers of Phoenix. This will include fresh food cooked to order in the busy cafe bar and larger scale buffet events for up to 150 people.
You will help to deliver:
- A high quality and consistently attractive, fresh food offering;
- A safe, clean and hygienic working environment;
- Adherence to all food safety regulations;
- Interesting and changing specials boards.

Wage: £8.85 per hour (increasing on 1st April 2020)
Hours: Full-time (42 hours per week)
