Kitchen Manager

We are seeking to employ an individual for the post of Kitchen Manager.

This is an exciting time to join us as we are now operating from our brand new spaces. Our brand new Café Bar has over 150 covers and a fantastic new state-of-the-art kitchen offering a menu of freshly prepared dishes between 11am – 3pm and 5pm – 9pm, 7 days a week. We will also be introducing a food service on our rooftop terrace (The Nest) later this year, which has space for up to 100 covers and its own bar. Alongside our Café Bar and The Nest, we offer a rich hospitality service for events and conferences.

As Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for key aspects of the kitchen operation and its creativity. You will work closely with the Catering Manager to provide an excellent customer experience, comply with all food safety regulations and develop our menus and kitchen team.

Wage: Up to £32,000 based on experience

Hours: This is a full time position of 42 hours per week (this will include evening, weekend and bank holiday working)
