Changes to seating arrangements
With flexible programming now operating across all four of our screens, we have returned to unallocated seating for our regular film screenings. This gives us the ability to move films between screens in response to audience demand – for example, if tickets are selling out we can shift a film to a bigger screen to give more people the chance to see it. Flexibility also allows us to extend the run of popular films, bring a film back more quickly, or add in a film that’s just become available.
So you no longer have to choose your seat in advance, giving you the freedom to decide where to sit when you arrive in the screen itself, and easily switch seats if you change your mind.
As always, customers who have access requirements can still book a specific seat by contacting our Box Office team (0116 242 2800). This allows us to offer tailored assistance and provide additional support for customers with a range of access needs.
Allocated seating will remain in operation for Stage on Screen shows, special events and screenings which are likely to be especially busy.
We hope that the resulting flexibility and freedom will be welcomed. As ever we welcome customer feedback – you can send your comments to us by emailing [email protected], fill in a comment card at Box Office, or speak to a member of the team.
