A day of open discussions with keynote speakers exploring how creative technologies are used in the public realm. The event will focus on digital curation and accessibility; engaging audiences; technologies and performance; and the management and organisation of the public realm. This event is for artists, practitioners, funders, policy makers and curators in the UK and China, supported by #DMULocal and Confucius Institute. The outcome of the day will be a co-authored ‘white paper’ that will position trends and key issues on the future of creative technologies in the public realm.

The second joint international conference in the series is hosted by the Institute of Creative Technologies at De Montfort University, Leicester and the University of Science & Technology, Beijing, China.
