Donation Screening: It’s a Wonderful Life

Our annual charity donation screening returns, this year in aid of Alice Hawkins Community Projects. 

Bring along an item from the ‘shopping list’ to our Box office, and get a ticket to Christmas classic It’s a Wonderful Life in return. All donations will go to Alice Hawkins Community Projects, who are appealing for donations to provide some Christmas cheer to the 120 vulnerable families who use their foodbank.

“Merry Christmas, movie house!” The best Christmas movie of all time, Frank Capra’s nostalgic 1946 ode to family, community and the power of redemption is also a strong contender for greatest movie ever made.

Please see below the Christmas donation shopping list, all donations go to the families who use the foodbank in time for Christmas.

Donations can be brought in any time including on the night:

• Christmas chocolates, biscuits and sweets
• Instant coffee, tea bags, hot chocolate
• Gravy granules, stuffing packets and Yorkshire pudding mix
• Fruit juices and sparkling non-alcoholic drinks
• Savoury crackers, crisps and nibbles

We will also be very happy to welcome shopping list donations from customers who do not wish to redeem a film ticket.
