Why am I not allowed to buy more than one ticket per hour?

Our Box Office system and website will not allow customers use a Member card to purchase more than one ticket to a show starting within an hour of purchase.

This is to stop people from using a single Member card to buy tickets for their friends who are coming to Phoenix with them.

Members are welcome to buy tickets for multiple shows taking place over a period of days or weeks, but only for their own use.
