After checking my account why can’t I return to my film selection?
This is a technical limitation of the system which we are aware of. We have made it possible for you to return easily to your ticket selection as follows:
- When you click on MY ACCOUNT on the ‘Phoenix box office’ page, your account details will open in a new window in your web browser.
- To return to the ‘Select Tickets’ page, simply click on the previously-opened tab which (will also be entitled ‘Phoenix – cinema tickets’).
- You may close the tab which contains your account information details if you wish – you will remain logged in.
