How do I logout of my account?

The website will automatically log you out after around 15 minutes.

If you want to log out sooner, here’s how:

If you are on the Box Office webpage (there will be a black box with PHOENIX BOX OFFICE at the top), take the following steps:

1. Click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top right of this page
2. A page called MY PHOENIX ACCOUNT will open
3. Press the black button saying ‘Sign Out’

If you are on any other page (with a coloured box containing only the word PHOENIX):

1. Click the link entitled ‘MY PHOENIX LOGIN’ at the top of the page
2. A page called MY PHOENIX ACCOUNT will open
3. Press the black button saying ‘Sign Out’
