Celebrate the King’s coronation, or just give yourself a lovely treat, with our special afternoon tea – available for one day only on Saturday 6 May, 2pm – 5pm.

Enjoy a delicious selection of sandwiches, savouries and cakes, accompanied by the tea or coffee of your choice. And why not add a glass of prosecco for a bit of extra sparkle!

Choose either our classic afternoon tea menu, or our vegetarian or vegan options – all served on beautiful tiered stands.

Booking required: please select your arrival time (2pm, 3pm or 4pm), and the required menu for each person in your group.

Classic afternoon tea menu

Sandwiches & savouries:

• Cucumber
• Smoked salmon & cream cheese
• Duo of cheeses (Red Leicester and Cheddar) & red onion chutney
• Hand-carved honey roast ham & mustard
• Egg mayonnaise & cress
• Coronation quiche

Cakes & patisserie:

• Fruit scone, with clotted cream & strawberry jam
• Macarons, assorted flavours
• Fruit eclairs
• Lemon drizzle cake

Vegetarian afternoon tea menu

Sandwiches & savouries:

• Cucumber sandwich
• Duo of cheeses (Red Leicester and Cheddar) & red onion chutney

• Roasted red pepper & cream cheese
• Coronation quiche

Vegan afternoon tea menu

Sandwiches & savouries:

• Cucumber
• Roasted red pepper & vegan cream cheese
• Hummus, carrot and beetroot
• Avocado salad

Cakes & patisserie:

• Fruit scone with vegan butter and strawberry jam
• Blueberry bakewell
• Carrot cake
• Vegan chocolate brownie

All served with a choice of teas or barista coffee. Oat and soya milk available. Add a glass of prosecco for £5.
