Four-time Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan (The Outrun, Little Women) stars in this biting satire as primary school teacher Maria, struggling to deal with Danny, the 'problem' student in her class who prevents her from helping any other pupils. Taking drastic action to remove Danny so her other students can flourish, things soon spiral out of control. An unsettling, darkly funny story, adapted from Rasmus Lindgren’s novel The Unwanted.
