Build Your Own Film Night is an intensive 3-day course for ages 16-25 that will guide you through all the essential information and skills required to deliver your very own film event. Led by experienced industry professionals, the session will cover everything from choosing films and clearing rights to marketing and logistics.

Throughout the course you’ll pick up all sorts of tips and tricks that will help ensure your event runs smoothly and has a lasting impact on your audience.

You’ll then get the chance to put your skills to the test and host your own event at Phoenix in March, with support from the Film Hub Midlands team.

The course will run from Monday 19 – Wednesday 21 February 2024, 12pm – 3.30pm each day.

We have a limited number of free places available for people who may otherwise be unable to access this course. Bursaries are also available to cover costs (see below for details). To enquire about a free place, please email [email protected]
