This award-winning new film from Oscar Winner Ryusuke Hamaguchi (Drive My Car) is an enigmatic and critically acclaimed drama following Takumi and his daughter Hana who live a modest life alongside nature in Mizubiki Village, close to Tokyo.

One day, the villagers become aware of a development plan near Takumi’s house that will become a “glamping” site for city residents, a project that will poison the water supply, threatening the ecological balance of their village and their way of life.
