Jonas Poher Rasmussen’s remarkable animated documentary recounts Amin Nawabi’s experience of growing up in Denmark as a child refugee from Afghanistan. Arriving as an unaccompanied minor, Amin is now a successful academic on the verge of marrying his long-term boyfriend. But a secret from his past threatens his future.
