The third and final instalment in Park Chan-wook’s Vengeance Trilogy follows Lee Geum-ja, a young woman released from prison after serving 13 years for a murder she didn’t commit.
As she sets out to track down the real killer it becomes clear her "good behaviour” in prison was all part of her plan for revenge, and she calls in favours from previous inmates for weapons and food to sustain her on her hunt.
