We're delighted to announce that the speaker at our December PLATFORM Filmmaker Network event will be Anna Griffin – a BIFA-nominated independent producer and Screen Star of Tomorrow working across film and TV.


Anna’s credits include the Netflix breakout hit Calibre, by Matt Palmer; Hope Dickson Leach’s debut The Levelling; feature documentary Paa Joe & The Lion by Benjamin Wigley; and most recently the BFI and Film4 supported Sister Midnight by Karan Kandhari which premiered at Cannes Directors’ Fortnight and is nominated for four British Independent Film Awards 2024.


Griffin Pictures has been supported by the BFI’s Vision Awards and has projects in development with some the UK’s most exciting cinema and TV talent including Samantha Morton, Kefi Chadwick and Sandra Goldbacher.


In 2021 Griffin set up her sister company, Jolly Griffin, with BAFTA-winning writer and producer Jolyon Rubinstein (The Revolution Will Be Televised). The company is supported by the BBC’s Small Indie Fund.
