Talented martial-artist Cheng (Lee) works at an ice factory in Thailand with his cousins.


Despite being sworn to non-violence, after his family members start to disappear and Cheng discovers the factory is a front for a drug smuggling ring - he decides to take the law into his own (deadly) hands.
