Join us for a thrilling experience at Phoenix with The Gallery, an interactive screening at the crossroads between video games and cinema.

Allowing the audience to influence how the story plays out (via voting with glowsticks) The Gallery is an innovation in the cinema experience that has thrilled audiences at festivals in France and the UK.

An art curator is held hostage by a portraitist who threatens to detonate a bomb unless their demands are met. The Gallery contains two interactive narratives - set in 1981 and 2021, and in each the audience must make decisions in a bid to better understand and escape their captor. However, it soon becomes apparent that not only the life of the protagonist hinges on these decisions, but also the lives of others.

We're very pleased to welcome director Paul Raschid to Phoenix who will introduce the film and hold an audience Q&A session after the screening.
