Returning due to demand, Alexander Payne’s film sees him reunite with his Sideways star Paul Giamatti for this delightfully funny and bittersweet comedy.
Denied the chance to escape his stuffy New England prep school for winter break, young Angus finds himself stuck all holiday with the fussy classics teacher Mr Hunham (a never better Giamatti), and the school cook Mary. As Angus pushes against Mr Hunham’s rules, a grudging respect begins to grow.
