Mark Mylod’s (Succession) darkly comic skewering of class and culture sees Ralph Fiennes on delicious form as Slowik, the exacting Head Chef of the exclusive Hawthorne restaurant.

Wannabe foodie Tyler (Hoult) and his nonplussed date Margot (Taylor-Joy) join a group of wealthy guests who are ferried out to the Hawthorne’s remote location. Soon the diners find that all is not as it seems and, just like the restaurant’s seasonal fayre, they’ve been handpicked for this event.

It really will be a meal to remember... if they’ve got the stomach for it.
