Marilyn’s final film is an unforgettably haunting neo-Western written by her then-husband Arthur Miller. Roslyn, a sensitive divorcee, falls in with a group of ‘lost souls’ in the Nevada desert: an ageing cowboy, a widowed mechanic, and a drifting rodeo rider. Together, they struggle to find a place in a fading world where the values of the Old West clash with harsh modern realities.
