Norio (Kiichi Nakai) is trying to make an honest living in the shady world of antiques. Battling against the tide, Norio teams up with impoverished ceramic artist Sasuke (Kuranosuke Sasaki) and the pair decide to make the gamble of a lifetime against an authenticator with whom they both have a score to settle.
